SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advise, please make sure your address is entered in correct and fully. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, a Creativehitta team member will contact you to try and resolve any issue pertaining to shipping.

When placing order you will receive your order within 2-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out. After your payment is authorized and verified, We do not count weekends as a shipping day even though you might received your package on a weekend. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

All orders are mailed through either USPS or fedex and only takes 2-3 business days to get to the address provided, unless out of the U.S
